Shipping & Delivery

UK Standard delivery: 2–3 working days, Royal Mail Tracked 48 (carrier subject to confirmation). All UK orders are tracked from dispatch.

Free on orders over £120. £5.95 on orders below £120. No express shipping option at launch.

Orders placed before noon (12:00 GMT/BST) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays dispatch the next working day.

You'll receive a tracking link by email at dispatch. If you create an account during checkout, you can also track from your order history.

Not available at launch. Sign up to our newsletter to hear when we open new markets — Australia, the EU, and the US are first on our list.

Specific cutoff dates for Christmas delivery will be published on this page each November. We do our best, but we can't guarantee delivery on dates not specifically published.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days after dispatch, contact us at hello@totnkids.com and we'll investigate immediately.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 7 days at hello@totnkids.com — we'll replace or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before dispatch but cannot redirect parcels in transit.
