30 days to return. Original condition. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
How to return
Email hello@totnkids.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a returns address. (Self-service returns portal launching alongside our store launch.)
Return shipping costs
Customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–5 working days.
Exchanges
To exchange a size or colour: send the original back, then place a new order for the replacement. We'll refund the original once it arrives. This way the new item ships immediately rather than waiting for the return to be processed.
What can't be returned
Sale items, used or washed products, hygiene items once opened. These exclusions don't affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
Faulty or damaged items
We cover the cost of returning faulty items. Email us at hello@totnkids.com with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are protected.
Gift returns
Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit only. Cash refunds require the original purchaser's consent. Contact hello@totnkids.com to arrange.
Outside the UK
We don't currently ship internationally, so international returns aren't applicable yet.
